I’m getting an error message when logging in
The only frequent error message we are aware of happens on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook) particularly when using Safari.
We recommend using a desktop or laptop (Macbooks are fine) using Google Chrome browser. This will solve 99% of login issues. You can download Google Chrome here.
How do I access my previous tests?
If you’re a Test Centre customer (the £99 packs) then you can access your full test history on your test centre dashboard by clicking Exam History.
If you have purchased individual tests, you can download your test results at the end of each test by clicking Analysis. You can review each question individually and download your scorecard. However, the exam history is not saved so make sure you review and download after every sitting.
